He graduated from the University of Turin and subsequently enhanced his training with several Master’s programs in tax matters, auditing, and legal control of accounts. Regarding his work experience, over the years he has served—and as of the Admission Document Date continues to serve—as an auditor for numerous companies, including foreign entities, and for various institutions. In his professional career, he has also held roles such as accountant, statutory auditor, bankruptcy trustee, as well as arbitrator and expert. He has gained proven experience, among other things, in extraordinary corporate transactions, the establishment of mixed companies in both EU and non-EU countries, and, more generally, in promoting commercial and industrial initiatives.
