Statutory Auditor
After obtaining a degree in Economics and Business Administration in 1998 from the Gabriele d’Annunzio University of Pescara, he began his professional career in 2006 as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor (notably, he has been registered with the Board of Chartered Accountants of the Province of Teramo since February 2006 and with the Board of Auditors since May 2007). As of the Admission Document Date, he is the head of a professional firm that provides bookkeeping services as well as operational, managerial, and tax consulting for companies. Over the years, he has held, and as of the Admission Document Date continues to hold, the position of statutory auditor or auditor for several companies.
