Accessibility

Com.Tel S.p.A. wants www.comtelitalia.it to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technologies. As a reference we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we have done

• Page structure with headings, landmarks and the page language declared, in Italian and English.
• A "Skip to content" link and keyboard navigation of menus, links and forms.
• Text alternatives for images and labels for all form fields, with errors summarised at the top of the form.
• Animations reduced or disabled when the device requests it (reduced motion setting).
• Layout that adapts to mobile screens and to text zoom.
• Fonts served by our own server, with no dependency on external services.

Compliance status and known limitations

The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. The latest automated check (axe-core, November 2026, on all main pages in both languages) found no errors, including text contrast. Automated tools do not cover every criterion, so we welcome any report.

The known limitation concerns the PDF documents in the Investor Relations section: they are official company filings and may not be fully accessible. On request we can provide their content in an accessible format.
